Those were from a consignment job I did, and I’m not actually sure, but I think they were used with a set of “magnifying” lenses?

Or a kind of macro imitator?

This Amazon page has some stuff in the product description (down a ways) about a different brand…..

Probably. I really don’t remember much about ’em (grin). I know the provenance: military guy acquires higher end camera stuff during early 70’s…..
